Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully:

• Cancellation Policy:

– If you wish to cancel your donation or sponsorship, please get in touch with us at accounts@sankeshfoundation.org as soon as possible.
– We accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of the donation or sponsorship being made.
– Once the 24-hour window has passed, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the funds may have already been allocated to ongoing projects.

• Refund Policy:

– Our refund policy lasts for 30 days from the date of donation or sponsorship. If 30 days have gone by since your contribution, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
– To be eligible for a refund, your donation or sponsorship must meet the following criteria:
– Unused: The donation amount has not been utilized for any project or initiative.
– Original Condition: The donation or sponsorship is in the same condition that you made it, and must be in its original form.

We do not offer refunds for the following:

– Donations or sponsorships already utilized for ongoing projects or initiatives.
– Donations made for specific campaigns or causes as specified during the donation process.
– Refunds will be processed within a certain amount of days after approval. You will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund.

• Exceptions:

 In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. These include:

– Errors made by Sankesh Global Foundation in processing the donation or sponsorship.
– Any discrepancies in the donation amount charged.
– Refunds will not be granted for any items or services received as part of a donation or sponsorship, including but not limited to digital content, acknowledgement certificates, or other forms of recognition.

• Shipping and Handling:

To return your product, you should mail your product to 1019-20-21, 10th floor, Spaze i-Tech Park, Tower A-2, Sector-49, Sohna Road, Gurgaon-122018, Haryana.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs.5500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• Donation Usage:

All donations and sponsorships received by Sankesh Global Foundation are utilized towards our charitable initiatives and projects, as outlined on our website or communicated through our official channels.

By donating or sponsoring Sankesh Global Foundation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation and refund policy.
